Read Them Carefully and submit your Code Accordingly:

1. DVD / CD containing all the tools and your software / project in compiled form and as source code.

2. There should be following folders in your CD/DVD

a. Source All the source code in appropriate subdirectories

b. Compiled Your project in compiled and running form. Start file name must be runme

c. Tools All the tools you used and required to run / compile your software / project. In a subdirectory provide the entire configuration necessary for each tool as a text file. This configuration must be in step by step form.

d. Doc Step by step instructions to compile and run your software / project and also a readme file showing in a paragraph the purpose or use of your software.

3. Hard copy of written instructions along with all the tools required to run/compile your project / software.

4. Comprehensive source code with detailed comments.

5. All functions, Modules, classes etc in the source code should have comments which will explain their purpose and working.

6. Comments should be understandable.

7. Tools along with the steps to install and configure that tool according to your software / project requirement tools should be given.

8. Only the source code along with complete comments will be considered and no importance will be given to the Obj code.

9. In case if we are unable to run your project according to your given steps or your explanation is not up to the mark then that group will be given only 1 chance for rectification.

10. In case of the failure of re – submission of project, you will be considered fail and you have to register yourself again in July.
